In a lawsuit filed June 14 of this year, attorney Jill Clark (currently facing disciplinary proceedings which could result in the suspension of her law license) has filed a lawsuit against Cynthia Reichart, Director of Elections of the City of Minneapolis.
This isn't another loony case Clark has filed on behalf of a loony client. Rather, Clark is representing her own lunacy as plaintiff in this case.
This blog does not, at present, know the allegations contained in the lawsuit. If you want to track its inevitable descent into madness on MNCIS, the case number is 62-CV-12-4948.
This lawsuit represents the beginning of an "end game" strategy this blog has been expecting. If Clark loses her law license, she will only be able to file bats*** crazy lawsuits on behalf of herself, pro se, and not clients.
Perhaps seeing the writing on the wall, Clark has filed what may become the first of these "Jill Clark against the world" lawsuits.
