Bench Warrant Requests For Nicole Yzaguirre And Her Brother Eric With Defense Attorney Clark Letting The Ball Drop, This Is PART TWENTY Of The Madness Of Jill Clark...

Nicole Yzaguirre, from her public Facebook profile, used under First Amendment Fair Comment and Criticism, blog post by John Hoff

This blog previously reported on the criminal charges faced by Nicole Yzaguirre, click here, and her brother Eric Yzaguirre, click here. The criminal charges are not related to each other, except possibly by bad upbringing. Their mother is Terry Yzaguirre, whose Mpls Mirror blog pours scorn and mockery on North Minneapolis revitalization efforts all the way from, well, SOUTH Minneapolis.

Since Terry used Jill Clark as an attorney long before her children, it was probably Terry's bright idea for her kids to use Clark as a defense attorney. In light of Clark's recent discipline and health problems, that isn't going so well...

Nicole is facing a charge of aiding and abetting forgery of a United States Treasury check, with the Secret Service assisting in the investigation. Click here for a PDF of the criminal complaint.

Eric is charged with a pathetic series of movable property thefts after answering Craigslist ads for sellers with electronic devices. Click here for a PDF of the criminal complaint.

Now, with attorney Jill Clark down for the count, and no other criminal defense attorney known to be stepping up to defend Nicole and Eric, the two siblings have had bench warrants issued within a day of each other. Nicole had a "failure to appear" on August 9 and a "warrant request" was made by the judge that same day. The same thing happened to Eric Yzaguirre, only it was the next day, August 10.

Whether a "warrant request" by a judge automatically results in a warrant is unknown to this blogger, but seems likely.

It was expected that Jill Clark's cases would begin to unravel with Clark out of action. It hardly seems a coincidence these two didn't appear at their hearings if no lawyer was there to advocate for them. The only question is which of Clark's clients (if any) will be the first to sue Clark for malpractice?

My money is on Eric Yzaguirre. However, Nicole Yzaguirre makes a more sympathetic plaintiff. Even if the charges against her are proven, AT WORST she was roped into being an accomplice by some hustler. But then there's the dark horse candidate for malpractice plaintiff, Peter "Spanky Pete" Rickmyer, who isn't even ALLOWED to file lawsuits on his own but would have a great lawsuit against Clark if he could file one.

And so the spectacular legal train wreck continues, and who can tear their eyes away? Not Johnny Northside! Stay tuned for more!

To the anonymous poster on this thread, you know who you are.

This is the SECOND time I have rejected your comment pertaining to Nicole Yzaguirre. As I stated previously, I don't have a problem printing positive remarks about Nicole but you have crossed the line with your fantasy involving, dear god, a bowl of chili and the rest of what you wrote.

Keep it rated PG, or at least R, or I won't be publishing your remarks.
