Word reaches me that Clark's latest attempt to get into federal court with her lawyer disciplinary proceedings, a topic regarding which I hadn't even managed to write about yet, has already failed. The case has been kicked back to state court.
Furthermore, the federal court ordered nothing else should be filed in this case without permission of the Chief Justice, which puts Jill Clark into a situation eerily similar to that of frivolous litigant Peter "Spanky Pete" Rickmyer, one of her clients.
More details as soon as I can get this stuff written.
