Jill Clark showed up for her own hearing today regarding whether she should be placed on disability inactive status, click here for previous explanation regarding this hearing in Part Thirty-Nine of the Madness of Jill Clark.
After a middling performance by her attorney, Diana Longrie, Clark rocked the microphone for 9 minutes with a self-pitying rant about how she was "falsely imprisoned" in the office of the Lawyers' Board of Professional Responsibility, (LBPR) that her seizures are cured but now she suffers PTSD, (from the way she has been treated by judges, you see) and the corrupt judicial system has been trying to "break" her and has succeeded, to the detriment of herself and her clients.
Clark said she possesses a stack of info "that high" about judicial misconduct. Quirking her eyebrow and leaning forward, Clark told the court...
..."you know" why this is happening; as though the Supreme Court could fool most of the public about the evil conspiracy against Jill Clark but, oh no, they can't fool JILL CLARK HERSELF. (Acid little overly dramatic Clark laugh)
Though she wasn't dragged off by bailiffs, or called out of order, her rant was worthy of Al Pacino in And Justice For All, albeit a much older Al Pacino wearing drag. The court didn't break into Clark's speech for quite a while but simply let the crazy train run the length of its rails.
Oh, also Clark said somebody had provided confidential documents to Judge Zimmerman, and Zimmerman provided this stuff to Johnny Northside, and now "the blogosphere" is full of her information as a result.
Zimmie, Zimmie, you said she'd never find out about us!
(That was the joke font, duh, I neither admit nor deny Judge Zimmerman gave me documents that I can, duh, get right off PACER)
Craig Klausing had an opportunity to respond after Clark spoke but decided to rest on his overwhelmingly strong hand and say nothing. I could have sworn he was trying to look serious and sad while suppressing a smirk.
Diana Longrie, ignoring the niceties of lawyer representation, tried to speak to this blogger moments after the conclusion of the hearing, attempting to hand over her business card offering an "interview,"actually pursuing this blogger out of chambers into the hallway. Longrie was rebuffed for the reason that Longrie represents Clark, and Clark is currently suing this blogger, and this blogger is represented by counsel.
So talk to my lawyer.
Those are the highlights, but more nitty gritty details will be provided in a subsequent blog post. As expected, the court took no action today but took the matter under advisement. Much of the hearing concerned arcane and technical matters about which rule applies and how, precisely, it should be applied to Clark's, er, unique situation. Clark herself said she was "in a class of one."
And, of course Level Three Sex Offender "Spanky" Pete Rickmyer was there, sitting right next to Clark before the hearing started. You know you're in trouble when your really close circle of supporters is so small it includes a child molester, and if you were honest you'd be apologizing to HIM for being such a lousy friend and lawyer.

Johnny,
Shit, I forgot about the hearing. I should have taken the morning off to attend and meet my favorite blogger. Is there a recording or transcript of Jill Clark's 9 minutes self-pitying rant? I would pay to hear a recording of her rant and latest conspiracy theories. I'm dissappointed that Al Flowers and any of the Yzaguirre's did not show up.. Her true confidants.. At least Spanky Pete is a true friend and will stand by her till the end. I'm still puzzled on how to pronounce the name "Yzaguirre" - Any Help? Don't count out Jill Clark yet, I bet she will fight this to the US Supreme Court if neccessary. And what would you write about in your Blog to fill the empty space if Jill Clark is gone? Question, This hearing was just to put her on disability inactive status correct and not to disbar her correct? Could they rule her a Rule 9 frivolous litigant and not allowed to file any more lawsuits? Another question, how will this impact her campaign for Chief Justice of the Minnesota Judicial Branch? If she won it would give you enough material to blog about for years or until she shuts you down. Jill Clark is not just campaigning for judge. She is campaigning for Chief Justice, the leader of the Minnesota judicial branch. Jill Clark is a leader is one who “takes the lead or sets an example.” www.jillclarkforjustice.org
Could you just imagine? What would the rest of the MN Supreme Court Justices do then? She has my vote. Any Spanky Pete should run for something also..
Oh my, looks like your buddy Judge Blaeser retired. Looks like you'll need to find another Judge's ass to kiss.
My hunch is that the next Judge may not be so kind to you.
@Tom from Bloomington, if you're going by the phonetic Latino pronunciation, it would be something like "ees-ah-gear-eh," with the r's rolled because they're double r's. Although I'm not sure myself if that's how she or others pronounce it because legend has it that when you do finally say it correctly a swarm of locusts will come out of your mouth.
All of the folks that you piss off will make it harder for the authorities if the proper time comes. cant see it can ya? why leave it a total mystery?
@Tom from Bloomington, and anyone else interested--
You can find the video of the entire proceeding at http://www.tpt.org/courts/MNJudicialBranchvideo_NEW.php?number=A120326. Warning: on my browser the video autoplayed.
Clark herself starts speaking at about 41:43.
This hearing won't impact her campaign to be Chief Justice one bit because she lost in the primary election.
Upon review of videotape of the proceedings, it appears that Clark asserted her PTSD exists as a result of the way she was treated by judges, NOT from her alleged "false imprisonment" in the Office of the Lawyers' Board of Professional Responsibility. Whether Clark will assert later she has PTSD from this alleged "false imprisonment" incident is unknown, but it appears that, during her oral presentation, she limited her PTSD assertions SOLELY to her treatment by judges, including how they yell at her all the time.
Johnny Northside blog is committed to publishing the truth and when error is drawn to our attention, or (as in this instance) discovered upon further review of facts, this blogger leaps to make appropriate correction.
I will add that, in my opinion, Clark's assertions of PTSD from her treatment by judges sound contrived, opportunistic, and wafer thin. But are, let me make clear, apparently limited at the present moment to the way she was TREATED BY JUDGES, even though she went and said the "false imprisonment" incident effected "every day of her life" after that, which sure as hell SOUNDS like an assertion of PTSD.
Yeah, I think I have made appropriate correction, here.
Hey buddy, you need to cash in on that shot this week...I'll give you a ring.
