The Madness Of Jill Clark, Part FORTY-ONE, Must See Video Of The Entire Supreme Court Hearing Including Jill Clark's Glorious Rant About PTSD, False Imprisonment In The Office Of The Lawyer's Board of Professional Responsibility, Kick Back And Enjoy, Enjoy, Enjoy!!!

Photo at Zombie Bar, the first time I was back since Afghanistan, enjoying a drink with Jeff Skrenes, blog post by John Hoff

An anonymous commenter did this blogger a serious favor by leaving a comment with a link to video of the October 17 hearing regarding whether attorney Jill Clark should be placed on disability inactive status, click here for summary of that hearing.

Here is the link. Enjoy the heck out of it but remember:

You're out of order! They're out of order! This whole trial is out of order!

http://www.tpt.org/courts/MNJudicialBranchvideo_NEW.php?number=A120326

The first 26 minutes consist of...

...the attorney for the Lawyer's Board making his arguments. Pretty near the 26 minute mark, exactly, attorney Diana Longrie steps up to the microphone to make her arguments on behalf of Jill Clark. (Use the minutes at the lower LEFT, not the lower right of the video, since the left shows "minutes remaining" not minutes that have run)

Pretty near the 27 minute mark, Longrie asks Clark to step to the microphone but the Supreme Court doesn't let Longrie step away, and keeps asking Longrie questions.

Jill Clark walks up to rock the mike at 41:44. Almost immediately she says she'd like to disqualify the two members of the Lawyers' Board of Professional Responsibility legal team who are working the case against her; claiming they "falsely imprisoned" her in the OLBPR office on June 15 and this incident was "so traumatic" that it has effected every day of her life. She will be starting a lawsuit against them, Clark says. Later, she claims to have "PTSD" as a result of the way she has been treated by judges.

Go to the 50 minute mark to her Clark give a "shout out" to Johnny Northside, yeah baby!

The major issue this blogger is facing is how to download this rant and put it on YouTube where it really belongs.

Just finished watching the video. Didn't see much difference in Clark's argument or mental demeanor, but then I've always thought she had three wheels off her trolley.

It's interesting how upset she was about being "dragged" thru this process. Gee, I seem to remember several court hearings and an uncomfortable disposition plus nine, yes nine, days of sitting in that damn courtroom and listening to her snide remarks about me and my friends when the judge was out of the court, knowing I couldn't talk back. B&*(#h!!!

Ooops. Bad me. She has that affect on me.

All in all, I'd say Jill has finally drunk too much kool-aid. Hopefully the court with take care of her and then the Board of Lawyers etc. can move on to another of my favorite attorneys. That case has been under their investigation longer than Clark's.

I'm afraid we differ. I believe she only has three wheels ON her vehicle, and it's a wagon, not a trolly.

Who is your favorite attorney? Oh, wait, let me guess.

BEN MYERS!!!!

Yeah, he's next.

Here are the rules. Look under 28 for the section being referred to, repeatedly, in this hearing.

i think she will hunt you down for destroying her life and will get off on a plea of insanity. Of all the people you have messed with, you should know not to mess with a truly sick person.

Hey Johnny, this last comment from anonomous is correct. This woman is unhinged and mentally unsable. This hole thing has the makings for one of those made for TV movies. I'm still trying to figure out who will play sneaky Pete. Also, I called down to Hennepin County and they were concerned that a level 3 sex offender is impersonating a Hennepin County employee. Johnny, I would take extra steps and awareness where ever you go. Plus we want your blog to continue and we are do for a Yzagurre update soon. Keep it real and stay safe brother...

Tom from Bloomington - Who'd play Pete?

Robert Redford, of course.

Bruce Willis would play Jill Clark.

Johnny Northside - who would play Johnny? Who else, Brad Pitt. Or Ed Norton.

Depends on which Johnny Northside ...

Just think of all the extras the producers would have access to. You'd probably have to have SWAT on hand 24-7 just to keep the gunplay, thuggin' and molestin' under control.

I think Phillip Seymour Hoffman would make a good John Hoff.

Anon 9:50,
Well That would be one cast I would pay a lot to see if they were to all do a movie. Or a TV show. Or a Play. I think a sequel to Ghost is the most likely project Anthony Perkins and Whitman Mayo are in line for. Maybe a zombie movie with them starring? Anyway, WTG idiot! Perkins died in 1992 and Mayo died in 2001.
I will admit that Clint Howard as Pete got me to laugh as I think it would be about as good as a match as you could find.

Cease to critcize mine until you publish your own. I would like to reiterate that Muhammed Ali defeated Rocky Marciano in a computer simulated fight so Whitman and Anthony qualify to be in my cast. I will cast you as Frances the Talking Mule who is dead as well, but never the less, still an ASS.

I think Jack Nicholson should play Johnny, just like he did in The Shining. He could depict Johnny as the psychopath he is perfectly.
