What else can I say? This video needed to be on YouTube.
Many thanks to one of my readers who gave me technical assistance. The next logical step would be to somehow set this madness to music. I don't have the technical ability to do that, but, well...
A blogger can dream. By the way this 6-second video, below, shows my FAVORITE moment of the hearing.

Interesting how Jill (who has striven vigorously to become a public figure) now doesn't feel "safe" because of the public exposure she has gotten from this blog. Just goes to show, you have to be careful what you wish for.
Clark can dish it out but she can't take it. How many times has she yelled at a witness, called someone her clients sue a liar, shook papers in someone's face.....I could probably go on. Bitch, I should sue your worthless ass!!!
Good point about the yelling. Even in this video, you can see at one point she raises her voice to a yell when she says she has a property right in her license.
Does Clark propose that SHE should be able to yell at judges, but they can't yell BACK?
Wow. It's even crazier than I thought it would be.
Seriously.
You don't exagerate when you say her loon wagon is missing a wheel.
There is a difference. Johnny Northside (John Hoff) has been described numerous times as a malicious predator who stalkes his victims. I can understand why she feels unsafe.
Anon 11:06 obviously hasn't been sued by Clark or he/she would know that Clark is not above stalking. The only thing is, she calls it legal service. That is what makes Clark's tactics so insidious. Her harassment comes thru the misuse of the legal system and her law license. She files copious amounts of frivolous law suits and forces her enemies to pay huge legal bills in order to protect themselves.
I'm not saying that a person doesn't have the right to file legitimate law suits for real damages. But it's the duty of a GOOD attorney to advise their client whether or not their case is winnable and just. When there is a video tape showing the assault her client alleges in fact never occurred, chances of successful prosecution of that case is null. The case should be withdrawn or better yet, investigated before filing the papers in the first place. Pursuing the case becomes a means of vindictiveness and an abuse of the system. That case along with many others is why she is in her current situation.

Output: I repeatedly describe John Hoff as a predator, therefore he is one. Because what I say magically becomes reality. I don't like John Hoff and therefore neither should you.
There's a difference in "describing several times" about being a malcious predator who stalkes (sic) his victims and actually BEING a m.p.w.s.h.v.
Just because a malcontented troll repeats something "several times" does not make it fact.
She is setting up her defense so she can kill you and walk away after a two year commitment at the mental health lockdown ward at Shakopee State Prison for Women. Leave well enough alone, young man.
I think you should leave her and others alone. You don't know their anguish in life. Why would you want to be a potential trigger in someone's demise? It's bullying at its worst. Makes me cringe.
A property right in her license?
Does a contractor who cannot build right angles, a bricklayer who cannot keep a line, have a property right to do mayhem?
Clark in the blogging suit put a major challenge to the first amendment into play, for a client who I have not read much about in a positive context.
Has she no sense of hurting people and possibly undermining principles that are long standing and generally viewed as beneficial to the public and to individual rights.
For a client of questionable merit she was cheerfully ready to hack away at things a true advocate for the downtrodden would leave intact, or at least think twice about which side of things is the just side.
Justice for those she'd overrun differs from don't threaten MY property right.
Contradictions abound. Self awareness is not a Clark strong point.
there been a hit out on johnny worth 10 bars for the past couple months aint gonna be no jill that collects
I think Jill has set her own karma in motion. She is unbalanced and takes pride, finds joy, in crushing people. Personally being on the receiving end of her nastiness, I saw the kind of person she is, not just lawyer but person. It wasn't a very nice sight. I don't personally wish evil upon anyone and sometimes I even feel sorry for some of these people but I really think she's put herself where she is and JNS is just shining a light on it.
To the commenter at 1:20 PM.
Enlighten me. How much is "ten bars?" I'd like to know if it's cost effective for me to fake my own death.
I'm not 1:20 but I'll answer.
It's a term from prison. A bar is a candy bar. In prison a 10 bar hit is 10 candy bars. 10 bars is usually a serious beat down, likely ending up in the medical unit.
On the street bars equals money. I'd move far away if there was a 10 bar hit on my head, that's serious cash.
But you can't say exactly how much cash, it's just a vague term like "a lot?"
Also, could you provide some kind of link that shows this expression "10 bars" means what you say it means. Because I think it's just a spammy troll trying to talk like he's all street when, well, he ain't.
Okay, i got it. All of you pussy-ass motherfuckers who want to start a fucking war with the VETERANS who reside in North Minneapolis be prepared to get your fucking head blown the fuck off if you try. I would love the challenge and i have just about had it with you disrespectful little cornholers anyhow. See you around!!
I don't think there is a Minnesota prison dictionary. Prison currency used to be cigarettes but since smoking isn't allowed it can be almost anything from soap, to bottles of soda, to candy bars, even drugs. If a hit is put out worth 10 bars it usually means big payoff. The guy that does the hit can expect to get rewarded from several inmates, and the reward may be far greater than just 10 canteen items which is what makes it worth going to seg for a month or two if he gets caught. So it would be hard to put a dollar value on a 10 bar hit on the streets as the payment could be drugs, liquor, cash, a gang promotion, anything of value.
Bars is more commonly used in the workhouse because of the limited items inmates can buy where a Snickers has value due to a purchase limit of 10 candy bars at a time. In prison inmates can buy just about anything in the canteen because inmates have access to a microwave to cook so you don't hear bars too often used as payment.
Another possibility is that you pissed off someone in the workhouse and that inmate has asked other inmates to spread the word on the streets. Once word is confirmed that the hit is done the inmate that ordered the hit will reward the other inmate for getting the job done with candy, store items, or even a hefty anonymous deposit into his store account. Communication with the outside is pretty unmonitored, mail isn't read and there are so many codes that monitoring phone calls us usually a waste of time.
If you want confirmation I'd call the workhouse and ask about the meaning of a 10 bar hit.
I'd be careful or you might be hurting.
Ironic that she claims to be "truthfully reporting"
how do we make the "Johnny Northside" clip a ring tone?
Like I said, communications in and out of prison are not really monitored. Calling out a hit is pretty common. Some of the stuff you write in this blog isn't very wise.
