I...I ironically found this during a housing search. I have bad credit a bad rental history and a dreaded section 8 voucher. So I started looking months ago. Now nearing my deadline I will still end up in one of theses properties. No application fee or waiting period. Maybe someones lucky day day considering im a crmt with a boilers license and im ready to improve my new house and make repairs that other section 8 tenants purposely inflict..
