Based on a lead from an anonymous commenter, JNS blog has connected information on the Hennepin County Jail Roster with the recent double shooting in Brooklyn Center, which took place outside a Checkers Restaurant and SuperAmerica, click here for Star Tribune article.

Shawntre Ladelle Washington is listed on the jail roster with a MILLION DOLLARS BAIL and facing charges of...

...aggravated robbery and First Degree Murder while committing a robbery.

HOWEVER, it is an annoying quirk of the jail roster that "attempted" murder is sometimes listed as "murder." Since JNS blog does not have word of victims dying in the Brooklyn Center shooting, I assume the actual charge is ATTEMPTED murder and it's simply truncated on the roster. I'm trying to procure the criminal complaint.

ADDENDUM, 5:14 PM: Confirmed, it is ATTEMPTED murder.

Note that Brooklyn Center PD is the arresting agency. 

Washington's home address, on a different portion of the jail roster, is 1336 Upton Ave. N., a rental property owned by Bradley D. Kair of Lakeville but with the taxpayer listed as MN Residential Holdings LLC.
