"Bloody Fourth of July" Murder Victim Francesca Marie Desandre Died While On Probation For Trespassing, Fits An Emerging Pattern Of "On Probation" North Minneapolis Murder Victims, You Might Want To Be WATCHING THEM A LITTLE MORE CLOSELY, Hennepin County Probations!

Francesca Marie Desandre, identified by mainstream media as one of the "Bloody Fourth of July" murder victims from this weekend, is rumored to have moved to Minnesota from elsewhere and reportedly had so few connections in the community that nobody has erected a street memorial for her.

Online court records show she was convicted of trespass in December of 2013 by entering a locked and/or posted building. The online court record gives a clue where this trespass likely happened because she had a geographic restriction requiring her to stay away from...

...5825 74th Ave. N. in Brooklyn Park. This is a place called Brooks Landing, listed online as low income housing. She also shows up on this blog's preserved copy of the Hennepin County Jail Roster for the period of time from July 5 to August 9, 2013, and she has "5825 74th Ave. N." listed for her address.

So if she really arrived in Minnesota from elsewhere, that jail roster can pin down her residency in Minnesota to at least summer of 2013.

She was sentenced to ten days in the workhouse but required to serve none of it, and was given probation until December 30, 2014, therefore died while on probation. But, it should be pointed out, she has no other criminal or civil record...

In Minnesota.

Desandre fits an emerging pattern JNS blog is seeing lately of North Minneapolis murder victims who died while on probation. She died still owing $128 on the court charges, with an "update" sent to collections on April 7.

  3. Frankie was with two buys who shot a kid in Chicago Heights in Feb 2011. Check the records for the shooting on Sangamon in 2011. She was inside the apartment, upstairs, and called Bell over KNOWING they had guns. After that incident, Bell's people were looking for her. Someone tried a few times to get her here, so she moved to Minnesota. The girl just made bad choices.

  9. I knew frankie and attended her funeral today. She was a wonderful person. Please withhold your judgements. She doesn't deserve them nor did she deserve to die the way she did. She had a lot of people who loved her including her daughter.

  13. Yes she may have been loved, but when you live the life of a sinner, God does not show favortism either. You live the life, you die by the means of the life you live. An eye for an eye.
Condolences to her daughter, may God grant her a better life.

  19. Francesca was loved by many, her heart was one of a kind she knew how to make you smile she knew how 2 make you laugh, she loved having a good time and taking care of her daughter. Frankie only wanted 2 be happy and loved ,yea she had bad times jus like all of us no one is perfect but everything she did there was a reason behind it.If U made her mad or upset she would let you kno. I cant see any reason why someone would kill a beautiful woman such as my frankie she didnt deserve to go.I wish i could give up everything to have her here with me. People get on here and say all those negative things about a young female , did we 4get we all have mothers or sisters, aunts, neices. We have to stay positive for our women or else boys will grow men thinkin its ok 2 use violence against women. Ive known frankie since she was 14 it wouldnt be right if i didnt speak my mind. She knows me real well .I cry ova this woman so much i neva thought i could hurt so bad.I love everything about her ,i would appreciate if everyone that has something negative to say keep it to themselves. She wasnt a thug or gangmember,or sum fool on probation. She was jus like any woman growing up jus trying to live life happily. We miss and love her sooo much so please just try to respect her family and friends.*FRANKIE'S WORLD* sincerely, Jrocc
