Dump Truck Was No Refuge For Fleeing Suspect
Looking across my neighbor's yard (the nice Hmong family) and into the back yard of a landlord on the block. According to MPD Lieutenant Rugel, a fleeing suspect tried to hide in the dump truck but police apprehended him. The suspect first tried to change shirts.
