Here is what the porch looks like. This is pretty much what the interior looks like, too, except you've got "outside stuff" on the porch, and "inside stuff" in the house.

I gave a "heads up" to one of the City Inspectors when he came by, and told him to check it out. Of course, the Hawthorne Neighborhood Association people took note of it during our "tour of progress" with Brian, so they got word in the system, as well.

It's not a matter of JUST calling 911, or JUST calling 311, or JUST calling an owner.

I simply attack the problem at every point at the same time. CALL EVERYBODY.
