Like Paul Bunyan, Firemen LOVE To Chop, Chop, Chop
Here is the back door of "416 30th" after the firemen chopped through the door. Note the white wire running under the door board at the far left, just below the basketball.
That's a live wire connected to the line in the back of the house. The "boarding crew" secured the house with the live wire still running inside, and I could walk by and see a 100 watt light burning in the kitchen! As for the stuff stacked up by the door...I'm not sure if that's how the trespasser was getting inside through the second story or if one of the firemen wanted to get up on the porch roof to nail a board over the second story window...which the trespasser just ripped down the next morning to get access to the house.
