Being the amazing, true-to-life adventures and (very likely) misadventures of a writer who seeks to take his education, activism and seemingly boundless energy to North Minneapolis, (NoMi) to help with a process of turning a rapidly revitalizing neighborhood into something approaching Urban Utopia. Open To Weather And Birds
Here is a house on the corner, just a few houses down from the notorious crack house which was once listed by Re/Max. (But no more)
It is open at the second story to birds and the weather, on the right side. (A close up of the image appears in an earlier post) I've called the real estate company. They say they'll put a report in the system. It could take a week.
Yeah, whatever. I promised to give it some time before calling 311. Maybe what I should start doing is to call 311 first, and then anybody else associated with the house, and let them race the City of Minneapolis.
Hey, it's not a hard race to win, after all!
