RNC 2008: Crowd's Spirit Not Dampened On September 2

On September 2, during the music and festivities at the State Capitol, a light rain fell but did not seem to dampen the spirits of the crowd.

I'm sure many who came to enjoy the music participated in the march...and ended up getting gassed at Mickey's Diner.
