Kleindl Property Empire Being Sold Piece By Piece?
As I reported a couple days ago, two properties owned by the Kleindl housing empire ("United Homes") are suddenly for sale in the Eco Village area of Hawthorne. Now another Kleindl property appears for sale at 2105 Bryant Ave. N. City property records confirm this is a "United Homes" property.
Approximately a year ago, United Homes appeared to be in the process of creating a large rental property empire in North Minneapolis, but now their properties are hitting the market like...like...OK, like used cars hit the market after a hurricane rips up the Gulf Coast.
Like that.
You really have to wonder what's going on, here, what economic pressures or opportunities are forcing the sale of these homes.
However, in my observation the Kleindls are smart, self-made people and I have a hunch they'll find a way to make good on their investments.
