JNS BLOG EXCLUSIVE: Witness Names, Criminal Records And Other Details In The "Dice Game Murder" At 412 29th Ave. N.

Johnny Northside Dot Com is now in possession of the police report pertaining to the "dice game murder" at 412 29th Ave. N. which claimed the life of Mario D. Combs.

The police report shows the alleged shooter, Richard Antwon Mayes-Lindsay, resided at the house in question. Though this blog has been unable to turn up any criminal record for Mayes-Lindsay, the police report (MP 10-369064) lists six arrests. The specific reason for the arrests is not listed, though the arresting officers are listed. There was a different arresting officer each time.

Here are the officers who arrested Mayes-Lindsay at various times:

The very last arrest--the one for murder--was made by Shawn Brandt, badge number 746. God bless these officers.

The victim of the shooting--now known to be Mario D. Combs--was initially listed as "juvenile name withheld." Witnesses included Corey Duvall Biggs, age 32, of 2800 4th St. N., an address about a block away. The house is a rental. Click here for a five-second YouTube commentary.

Other witnesses included the following...

* A 28-year-old female, whose name was withheld on the report.

* Raynard NMN Jackson, age 43, of 1530 Morgan Ave. N. Apt. 1

* Ricardo Everett Mayes, age 27, who resides at the same address as the alleged shooter, 412 29th Ave. N.

There are individuals listed on the report as "other." Presumably they are not witnesses or not admitting to being witnesses, and yet they are included in the report. At least one appears to be a relative of the victim, Mario Combs, since she has the last name of "Combs."

As per our usual practice, this blog dug into the online criminal records (if any) of the additional parties now known to have been present at this incident.

Corey D. Biggs has an extensive criminal record, but there is some confusion involving birthdays and one has to wonder if there could be two individuals named Corey Duvall Biggs?

In summary: everybody who appears as alleged perpetrator, victim or witness had a criminal record. There are other names listed on the report under "other," presumably interested parties who were near the scene or arrived later. At least one shares a surname with the victim. Johnny Northside blog has not checked these names. The pattern is clear enough: these were no accounts hanging out and doing no-account things. The eventual results were not hard to predict.
