"Super Citizen" Megan Goodmundson took this picture while driving around in North Minneapolis, and forwarded it to me here in Afghanistan. Check out the board on the window to the left.

Megan asked me, "Do you suppose he is advertising the catering business or just using the boards?"

My guess: Just using the boards. Or he would have posted some kind of contact info like an email or phone number.
