Home Of Record For Alleged Murderer Hezekiah Hamilton...(ADDENDUM, April 17, Released But Remains A Suspect)

Hezekiah Hamilton, reported by numerous mainstream media sources to be allegedly involved in the murder of Jody Patzner, Jr., has been arrested. The Hennepin County jail roster lists his home address as...

...3600 Fremont Ave. N.

The jail roster does not use block numbers and 3600 Fremont Ave. N. appears to be the actual address of the suspect. The house is a rental owned by William Sempel, the taxpayer listed for the house is Birchhill LLC, 19005 Manchester Street, Minnetonka, MN, 55345.

Hezekiah has a criminal record which I will be publishing later, but I am currently on the road and pressed for time. Violating the usual pattern of adult homicides in North Minneapolis, Jody Patzner, Jr. has no criminal record that I can find and was reportedly on a mission of kindness to deliver lasagna to a neighbor.

  1. Am I the only one who thinks that there should be a moratorium on rental licenses in North?

  2. 3600 Fremont is a crappy apartment building with thugs hanging out in front pretty much constantly. Well, after 3pm anyway.

  3. If you get up at 1 PM, it makes sense you'd be hanging out by 3 PM.

    To Folwell Fox:

No, I think a person could practically run for office on that one issue. But I distinguish between licenses for quadplexes and up versus single family homes. We need a moratorium on rental licenses for duplexes, single family homes, and (if such rare birds exist) triplexes.

  4. With the absurd section 8 reimbursement guidelines, Single family homes can be just as bad as Duplexes or Apartment buildings when these high concentrations are present.

The City won't put a moratorium on Slumlords in North Minneapolis because it likes having the trash that these animals attract being contained in our community.

Besides, With so few homesteaders willing to move into the mess they have made; they can't afford to start limiting rental licenses.

Landlord organizations have a very strong lobby (Wonder how many suburban Govt employees own absentee properties on the North side?)so homesteaders have to become much more vocal.

  5. And what happens if he is NOT charged and is found NOT to be involved... what then?

I am sorry i've wasted your time and will no longer post any comments unless I have something productive to say. I apologize if I disrupted you or your readers. May you have a great future.

  7. If he's not charged, not found to be involved...

We'll cross that bridge if we come to it, but under those circumstances I would make some kind of notation to the headline like "ADDENDUM: Not charged, cleared by authorities here insert date."

I highly doubt that will happen.

As for the post by "Patrick," huh? Is that really you? And what the heck brings THIS on?
