Deandre Brown Is Accused Of Criminally Stupid Burglary And Felonious Dry Humping (Not North Minneapolis Related)

I received this guy's criminal complaint by accident when I was asking for a complaint against another guy whose last name is Brown. But I believe everything in the universe happens for a reason and "God hates stupid." So I'm going to write about him anyway even though the entire incident is related to South Minneapolis.

Deandre Antwain Eugene Brown, who is currently incarcerated in the Hennepin County jail, is accused of a burglarizing a house only a block from where he lived and "dry humping" a woman who was inside the house. Brown announced he was going to rape the woman but she refused to remove her clothes. The terrifying but incredibly stupid incident happened in front of the woman's 4-year-old daughter.

Details are found in a recently filed criminal complaint, click here.

According to the complaint...

...Brown lives at 1111 West 22nd St. Apt 204 and the home he allegedly burglarized is on Fremont Ave. S.

Without actually using the word "dumbass," the complaint mentions Brown lives "within one block" of the victim. The victim, a woman in her late 30s, said her rear door was unlocked and Brown just came walking inside. He had nondescript clothing but (what must have been) a distinctive "bleached afro."

The woman screamed but Brown covered her mouth. Here is the word "allegedly," season it below to your taste.

Brown demanded the woman's "wallet or purse." The victim directed Brown to her purse on the kitchen counter. Brown then pushed the woman to the floor and straddled her across her back. Brown told the victim to remove her pants and underwear and made "humping motions" on her body. The woman screamed and Brown bit her left cheek. Brown stood up, grabbed the victim's wallet with credit cards and cash, plus her cell phone, and fled on foot. The victim's 4-year-old daughter was present during all this.

Fingerprints were left at the crime scene which matched the defendant. A search warrant was served on the defendant's house and he was arrested.
