Hearing Looms For "Spanky" Pete Rickmyer In Federal Court, Child Molesting Neighborhood Creep Faces Possibility of "Rule 11" Sanctions...

Peter "Spanky Pete" Rickmyer, the Level Three Sex Offender who has burdened the court system for years with gibberish-filled filings, is facing a hearing in federal court which could see him fined, sanctioned and/or declared a frivolous litigant.

In FEDERAL court.

Peter has already been declared a "Rule 9" frivolous litigant in Hennepin County District Court. He also faces a judgment of $20,000 held by Michael "Kip" Browne.

Here are some of the latest filings in the federal court case...

Peter's brief opposing Rule 11 sanctions, click here. This brief achieves a certain clarity of writing which it's VERY HARD TO BELIEVE was solely Peter's work when compared to some of his other filings. A narrow list of ghost writer suspects includes a recently suspended attorney and another sex offender with a smattering of legal training.

Here is the joint defendant's brief opposing Rickmyer's attempt to amend his lawsuit...and re-amend his lawsuit and re-re-amend his lawsuit.

I have a copy of Peter's voluminous brief, but since it includes Peter's attempt to throw dirt on good people in North Minneapolis, I'm not going to link to it.

Every future blog post I am required to write about Peter's court filings or, for that matter, the necessary RESPONSES of overworked attorneys to Peter's filings is going to include contact information for Peter's parole officer.

Count on it. 

There is another shocking piece of info floating around out there about Peter Rickmyer. But I've decided to play that one close to my chest for now. 

It will eventually come out and when it does, I will make reference to this blog post. Frankly, I'm disappointed I didn't see it in the most recent court filing but perhaps it will come up in oral arguments.
