First Minnesota Bank Wins Judgment Of $42,631.87 Against Jill Clark, Who Was Suspended From The Practice Of Law For Psychological Disability After Suing This Blogger, Losing On Appeal...

A couple days ago, I wrote about the appointment of a guardian ad litem in the divorce case of Jill Clark, an attorney who was facing disciplinary action by the Minnesota State Bar Association when she was suddenly declared to be under a mental disability. The disciplinary proceedings were suspended, quite possibly forever, in light of Clark's psychological issues.

Clark sued this blog for "defamation" on behalf of Jerry Moore, a fired and disgraced former executive of the JACC Neighborhood Organization. Moore lost the defamation claim in District Court, and then lost his dubious "tortious interference" claim on appeal. Moore still owes me more than $3,700 and I haven't seen the slightest indication he intends to pay me one thin dime.

From where I was sitting, the Moore v. Hoff case was never really ABOUT Jerry Moore  so much as it was a frantic attempt to shut down what this blog is accomplishing by reporting on "bad actors" in our neighborhood. For a couple of years, Jill Clark appeared to be waging a virtual legal war against the North Minneapolis neighborhood revitalization movement through...

...her choice of clients (many these same "bad actors") and her selection of cases.

But now Clark is gone and there are none to take her place with the possible exception of frivolous litigant Peter "Spanky Pete" Rickmyer, a former client of Clark's and a Level Three Sex Offender who has been wanted upon an old warrant in Oklahoma since Billy Idol's Cradle of Love was near the top of the charts.

Many a commenter has told me the Johnny Northside "Blogosphere Trial of the Century" was the end of Clark. Indeed, following that trial Clark tried to transform HERSELF into a blogger; but now her blogs are silent and cold, rarely viewed by anybody except (possibly) Chinese spammers looking for new places to dump their product.

And then things got WORSE.

A commenter on my blog post about the guardian ad litem appointment guided me to some interesting and recent information about a huge judgment against Jill Clark which happened on January 8...

First Minnesota Bank, which sued Jill Clark and two of her legal entities (Jill Clark LLC and Jill Clark PA) has won a judgment of $42,631.87 against Clark. This is an enormous sum and joins two other judgments already outstanding against Clark; one by Daniel Larkin (apparently a court reporter) for $1,215 and the other by Wells Fargo for $22,575.17.

Yes, I'm going to provide the grand total, here...

$66,422.04

Plus any judgment interest that might apply.

This number, by itself, is likely to be as substantial an impediment to Clark's reinstatement than either her mental disability or her dormant disciplinary proceedings.

But both superheroes and super villains have a way of never completely going away, and it's in that spirit JNS blog asks...

IS THIS THE END OF JILL CLARK?

  1. Just what exactly is it that you think you have "accomplished" using this forum? In truth, nothing has changed except your own opinion of your self-worth. Why not get your fat rear-end out from behind your computer and actually go out into the community and do something? Perhaps then your son wouldn't be so ashamed of you.

  2. I don't know where, exactly, you get that "son ashamed of me" thing except by extracting it from the fictitious depths of your ample ass. Everything is cool between me and my son. But, please, continue to tell me how my blog with almost 4,000 posts and a dizzying daily page view record of almost 7,000 has NO IMPACT AT ALL.

Oh, excuse me, I must go and answer the email of a high ranking public official feeding me information, so I don't have more time to play with you right now, little pro-Jill Clark troll. How sad and bleak things must be in YOUR world.

  3. Jill Clark had something you will never have...a law license.

And your son does think you're an asshole, ask his friends at school.
