New Academic Paper On North Minneapolis Foreclosures...

Word comes of a new academic paper, written by attorney Mark Ireland, about the foreclosure crisis in North Minneapolis.     Is the 32 page PDF that I got by clicking "Download" not the full article? Because as far as I could tell I didn't pay for it.

    You got it that way? I clicked download and for some reason it didn't work, I thought it had just downloaded the ABSTRACT. I will check again, change text accordingly.

    I tried to download and could not. Does Anonymous @9:40am work or go to a school with a subscription to this service? It appears that the only way to view is to be a subscriber, and the purchase a hard copy option does not appear to be enabled.

    I want.
