...social and historical value such documentation may have. Whatever else is happening here, this much is undoubtedly true:
It is a notable rarity.
For that reason alone it should be documented.
Rickmyer is a "Rule 9" frivolous litigant in Hennepin County District Court, so not allowed to file things without a lawyer signing off, but he is not currently banned from Federal Court. Rickmyer's virulent and difficult-to-decipher lawsuits waged against neighbors, public officials, police, a lawyer or two, this blogger, and a struggling community organization have found a new and hospitable environment in federal court, at least temporarily.
Mostly, only this blog cares. You ask me, the Star Tribune and other media entities are afraid of Rickmyer's lawsuits. It's hard enough to make a profit when you have to kill a tree every time you attempt publication in an increasingly wired world without adding frivolous lawsuits against the bottom line.
Incredibly, Rickmyer has been wanted on a warrant out of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma since the early 90s. Since the warrant is "non-extraditable," it has effectively become a "don't come back and we won't pursue you" order based on considerations of budget and political expedience.
Pete, I will bet that your sister Nancy is extremely proud of you. I will give her the benefit of the doubt because she probably wrote you off after you sued her in court because you claimed she was normal.

He used Stephenson first. But he has been using Rickmyer for a long, long time. The name "Rickmyer" is on the court paperwork from THAT long ago.

Cannot get the document. As a past and probably continual defendant, I enjoy reading his worthless diatribe. Then I point out to the attorneys that he is a Level III
ReplyDeletePredatory Offender on parole and he has diminished rights. Peter seems to forget to put that detail in his filings when he talks about being harassed.
