MPD Intercepts (Probable) Scrap Metal Thieves
Here's the one picture I took of the police interaction with the scrap metal thieves (alleged). Photo is taken from behind the wall of Bangkok Market. One of the guys must be in the back of the car, the other one is talking to the officer (in blue) and you can just kind of see handle of the baby buggy which they were using to cart the metal.
It's not a good photo. But I think it has a certain expressive quality.
