Stolen Electrical Meter Removed By Xcel Investigator
Here is that photo of the house next to mine, with the meter box now bearing a notice about how the meter has been removed, it was allegedly a STOLEN meter. It was apparently taken out by Name Withheld, the electrical investigator. I'm trying to get him to talk to Minnpost.com to see if they can do a story on this "emerging trend" before Star Tribune grabs it like Par Ridder grabs laptops.
This is not "416 30th," the problem house when it comes to electricity theft, but a different house located next to my own. (Do not click "Read More")
