Vacant And Unsecured Building Response: St. Paul Versus Minneapolis (Photo Two)
Here, two loyalists to the "Mr. Clean" look attempt to explain to the young St. Paul officer in the middle the advantage of being bald when, for example, you are grappling with a violent suspect who might try to grab you by the hair.
No, seriously, the guy in the white shirt is the contractor who came to secure the M&L Motors Building (in a mere 20 or 25 minutes after my 911 call) and surprised a copper thief cutting gas pipes. He's explaining what happened to the officers.
