Mayor Rybak Calls The Eco-Village "Ground Zero" In A Struggle To Revitalize North Minneapolis (Photo 5)

Here is the eco-village banner. When we got enough pictures of people posing with it, we tied it to the fence with my spare bootlaces. When the mulching ceremony was done, Jeff rolled the banner up to take it home, and looked rather like a knight with a lance as he talked in front of 415 31st Ave. N. about "tilting at windmills."
