Mayor Rybak Calls The Eco-Village "Ground Zero" In A Struggle To Revitalize North Minneapolis (Photo 6)

After the Polish lady, I think Peter Teachout, Jr. (back to camera) was the next to throw a shovel full of mulch with the Mayor, who helped him with the process. Doing what seemed sensible to him, Peter Jr. promptly put his first shovel full of mulch into one of the empty holes instead of mulching the base of the tree.
