This guy in blue started shouting at one of the veterans in the anti-war march about how he wasn't wearing some part of his uniform correctly, and then shouting at one of the vets with high rank on their uniforms (I saw a major) about how they, being superiors, should be CORRECTING the mistakes with the uniform.
He shouted until spittle flew from his lips and peace marshals had to get around him. My guess was this guy was some kind of self-appointed provocateur. Note the amazing resemblance to Michael Chiklis from The Shield.
