This question is based upon both allegations that have yet to be proven in a court of law, and it's also hypothetical. Plus there's some clear parody elements I just made up for fun, and I think readers can tell what those are.
Now, with that caveat...
Suppose you're the girlfriend of a straight up thug and somebody robs you of your property. What do you do? Call 911? Of course not...
You get your thug boyfriend and two of his pals to bust into the residence where you THINK your property is located and hold everybody at gunpoint. Think of the cost savings for taxpayers! Well, at least until the whole incident turns into a criminal complaint against all four of you.
It was November 8 and one of the victims of the home invasion, B.W., was present with "several relatives" at a house on the 1800 block of Girard Ave. N. Suddenly three males forced entry and started loudly demanding that "property" be returned. What, exactly, was the property?
Could have been anything. Dope.
An inflatable love doll.
An inflatable love doll FILLED with dope. The complaint doesn't specify.
The individuals at the house were told to get on the floor. At least one of the robbers (allegedly a guy named Dale Eugene Jamison) pointed a gun at the head of BW's nephew.
Then when everybody was on the floor, wondering if they were going to be shot dead, a woman entered the house and said, well, none of the people who robbed her were present.
The robbers left.
Did they apologize? Refuse to apologize? Make inane remarks about how what was cooking on the stove "smelled really good"?
The complaint doesn't say. But they left. And then police were called to the scene.
Indicted for the incident are Dale Eugene Jamison, (the alleged gunman) Jarquez Javon Bedford, Terrick Anthony Ruffin, and Lisa Kay Krueger.
I understand it's embarrassing when your love doll full of dope is stolen, but there's a way to handle things and a way NOT to handle things. Be careful you don't accuse the wrong person or, you know, hold the wrong person at gunpoint.

ReplyDeleteWhat I wrote is based on the criminal complaint, linked above, so whatever.
ReplyDeleteIf you think you have more information or contradictory information different than what the cops and prosecutors have, feel free to have your say. But I'm very clear about where I got my info, and I'm confident of it, so long as there are words like "according to," etc.
