Source Reveals Names Of Alleged "Turd Burglars" In Hillside Ave. N. Thanksgiving Day Incident...

Contributed photo, blog post by John Hoff

Practically from the moment this blogger heard the gripping account of the "Hillside Ave. N. Turd Burglary And Neighborhood Uprising," click here, and here and here, I was promising to publish the names of the alleged miscreants if that information fell into my hands.

Tonight, it fell into my hands...

According to an unnamed but highly reliable source, these are the names of four of the arrested individuals:

Navarr Jodiah Ross
Marquese Perkins
Diamonte Latrell Morris
Darkese Shorter

Reportedly, the little (alleged) burglar who got away was the brother of one of the burglars who was apprehended. The name of the burglar who got away was coughed up by one of the other accused burglars.

What's that old saying about "no honor among thieves?"

Exhibit A.

Confusing and contradictory information is floating around about the accused burglars and their fate. One piece of information says they were released after a phone call from the county attorney's office. But then word came from a police officer the juveniles were all still sitting in jail as of today.

This much I know for sure:

As of right now, I am headed to Facebook to follow the trail of names.

I would like to add that even though mainstream media often refrains from publishing the names of juvenile suspects, there is no law against it. If anybody has a beef with that, send your comments directly to my spam folder and I will casually delete those comments along with broken English sales pitches for footwear, Viagra, and out-of-state real estate websites.

  1. One of the internet "scraper" sites turns up a Diamonte Morris at 2719 Fremont Ave. N., a rental property. Unknown if this is the same guy or any relation.

  2. Popular belief about this unnamed but highly reliable source you refer to in this post, is named John Hoff.

  3. Does your source have any information about why although six turd burglars were apprehended, only four turd burglars were charged?

  4. I would be SUPER pissed if the County Attorney declined to prosecute these kids. At least they should be sent to JV or an orphanage. They are lucky they didn't enter a home where the owner was armed.

  5. According to Minnesota Statute, the names of juvenile suspects are confidential, and should not have been released to anyone outside of law enforcement.
You are correct though, that there is no law against publishing the names. However if the names are incorrect...

  6. Freakconomics would say those are NOT names for success.

  7. Do the name orders match with orders of age?

  8. To the commenter at 3:24 AM, that's stupid even by troll standards. So I got the names myself with, what, ESP? Access to a database that I'm not supposed to access? Please, tell me how I did it.

To the commenter at 9:36 AM, it appears in the excitement of kids running out of the house, running around the house, trying to escape, being put into cars, etc. that eyewitnesses miscounted. The number is apparently five, which is four arrested and one caught later. However, I have not written a correction because there's so much confusing and contradictory info that I can't confirm the number really is 4 plus 1, not 6.

To the commenter at 10:53, are you serious? An orphanage? Who would adopt them? Nobody.

To the commenter at 11:13 AM, well, the names are not incorrect. But feel free to waste your time trying to prove otherwise.

In regard to the name orders and the ages, I don't know. I just know these are four of the names.

  9. Anon 1:20's observation about the predictive capability of so-called super-black names jumped-out at me immediately as well.

  10. One has to wonder: If the police department is releasing confidential case information to a "blogger", what other improprieties have gone on with this case?
A very smart public defender (or attorney if the turd burglars can afford one), could move the court to dismiss on the grounds that there was outside interference that tainted the investigation.
While I'm sure this blogger will claim I'm full of crap. Interference with a police investigation is grounds to ask for dismissal.
As was mentioned in an earlier comment, the identities of juvenile suspects is classified as non-public (confidential) information according to Minnesota Statute. Since the names have been made public via a police source prior to being charged, they can claim civil rights violations, and obstruction of justice based on interference with a police investigation.
This blog post clearly shows that there is some sort of corruption with the investigation, and I'm quite surprised that the juvenile division commander is not royally pissed about this leak of confidential information.
I'm wondering if the new police chief will be as casual about these leaks as Dolan was?

  11. Blah blah blah.

Best of luck with all your future endeavors, and don't let the swinging door hit you where the good lord split you.

By the way, have you heard about a lawyer named Jill Clark and what's going on with her? Quite the story.

  13. Looks like your days on North talk are running out.
You just never learn do you?
Run out of North Dakota, soon to be run out of NoMi.

  14. A comment has been rejected for being racist and disturbing. The gist of the comment was that these burglars deserve the same fate as the two young burglars who were more or less executed in Little Falls, Minnesota.

  15. The comment was not racist and you have violated your own conscience (do you have one?) I know you well enough to know you are not below an off color joke; far from it. You no longer live here, so stop acting like you care.

  16. You trolls just love to repeat that "Johnny doesn't live here" bullshit. Pray tell, where is it you think I live?

  17. According to a highly ranked source, you spend most of your time in Alexandria.
According to your neighbors, you have rented out your house, and are rarely seen there.
I tend to believe your neighbors, as a more credible source.
Others say your shacking up with Megan.
    (Is there a puke font)

  18. To the troll who replied whose comment I am not going to publish:

So you pretty much have nothing, huh? That's about what I figured. Let me know when you have something, anything. Or when hell freezes over, whichever comes first.

  19. Seattle kicked you out after uncovering your true motives. North Dakota kicked you out with much fanfare. You served time in military confinement for insubordination which is why you have a high overall level of dislike and the inability to form any meaningful relationships.
Megan Goodmunson is in recovery and will be fine in a couple of years. You, sir, are targeted by too many people and you KNOW it.

  20. To the troll,

That last part you are just making up, and you know that. Best of luck with all your future fictitious endeavors.

    ReplyDelete
  21. That must be why you didn't post it. If i were you i would be concerned about any black person that looks at me, including the bank teller. That is non-fiction. Now, what was that about Seattle? How about Seattle? What about Spanaway?

    ReplyDelete
  22. Huh? Spanaway?

I have a vague idea where Spanaway is in relation to Seattle. Other than that, I'm clueless what you're yabbering about, troll.

  23. I'm certain you will refer to me a troll. BUT I had a very enlightening conversation with a 'high ranking judicial official' about your blog post. That official put us on a conference call with a very high ranking Minneapolis official.
Apparently your knowledge of juvenile law is lacking; what is legal, and what the consequences can be.
I was so satisfied by the conversations that I'm taking my wife out to dinner at McCormick & Schmick's for Ribeye.
The menu is below so you can get a general feeling of how elated I.
I was taught it's not nice to gloat at other people's misfortunes. But in your case, I will make an exception.
Just another turd flushed away as far as I'm concerned.

  24. Fascinating. I am not sure whether you're a troll or a spammer. Could it be the spammers have taken another evolutionary leap?

In the future, I will print comments like the one below but I will not include commercial links that seem forced and out of context to the remarks. That way spammers won't get through.

But to celebrate your spammy evolution, I am printing your remark with the link and all. Enjoy this one time freebie, it won't happen again.

  25. 4:15@dec 6th, Don Allen, must have RIPPED off another veteran who was comatose so he could afford to take his obviously gullible wife out to dinner. Better go with White Castle so your hubby doesn't volunteer you to wash the dishes because he didnt steal enough to cover it.
