A recent blog post about Victor Gaddy has drawn a number of commenters and my stats show it's currently the most highly-read article on this blog. The second most read article, currently, is also a blog post about Victor Gaddy, click here. As most readers will recall, Gaddy was shot by St. Paul police but had connections to North Minneapolis.
One of my blog commenters claimed Gaddy was the father to ELEVEN children.
I don't know if that assertion is true, but it sent me running to check online court information about any civil case involving Victor Gaddy...
In 1996, Victor Terrance Gaddy was part of a case entitled Gaddy, Victor Terrance vs. $700 in US Currency. Based on the title of the case, this involves forfeiture of property (in this case money) allegedly used in a crime. State attorney general Mike Freeman is listed on the case, though the heavy lifting for the state was apparently done by a lawyer named Andrew Martin Lefevour.
Gaddy's interests were represented by Barbara S. Isaacman. Like most old cases in MNCIS, little information is available except dates and names of parties.
Another case is listed as a "support" case and names a woman named Theresa Skelton. The same name shows up later in a case involving Economic Assistance Social Services where Skelton is listed with a North Minneapolis zip code. (55411) The case happened in 2005 and Skelton still owes a judgment of $730.
There are also two "conciliation cases" involving Gaddy where plaintiffs are listed as Renee Mohar and Anthony Mohar.
Another support case, filed only last year and apparently still in progress, involves a woman named Shalesia Denise Havard. Hearings were canceled three times due to "party not served," the last time in August of this year. Havard has had a number of minor charges but most seem to be driving related.
It appears any support case Havard had died along with Victor Gaddy.

Leave us the fuck alone..U didnt know him or me..Wtf is your problem?? Let my kids dad soul rest..If u gone talk abt something talk abt how the St Paul Police ASSASSINATED him..Keep my name off this blog..thank you!!!
ReplyDeleteIf he really did have 11 kids he must have been taking care of them as only one person had to go after him for child support
ReplyDeleteI do not believe the St. Paul police assassinated him. I believe it went down just the way the police said.
ReplyDeleteFurthermore, with threats of a lawsuit against the police Gaddy's life is a matter of public interest including how many kids he had, whether he was taking care of them, etc.
U can believe what u want but know that the truth will come out..Ray Charles can see through the police story..I believe he was ASSASSINATED BY THE POLICE..U said u know he use his car as a weapon!!'How u know this?? The police are human just like u , me n Victor..With that being said they lie like everyone else in the world..Smdh @ignorant ppl in this world..
ReplyDeleteNobody sent threats of a lawsuit..Where did u read this at?? So I can read it also Johnny
ReplyDeleteThreats of a lawsuit can be fairly inferred from the following article but it's not the only one.

I know BM in this context means baby mama but it also means bowel movement.
ReplyDeleteJust sayin'.
ok, all jokes aside what was the point of you making that comment. what point are you trying to make.
ReplyDeleteThat BM has meant bowel movement for a long time and anyone using it as abbreviation for baby mama might want to use something else instead of sounding ignorant and disrespectful without knowing that fact, that was the point of the comment.
ReplyDeleteU sound ignorant. .Go to work n get off Victor dick. .lmbo
