Shawn L. Primus, Convicted Child Molester, Was Former Owner Of "Troublesome Triplex" At 2925 Lyndale Ave. N.

Minnesota Department of Corrections Mugshot,
therefore public domain, blog post by John Hoff

Shawn L. Primus, no known relation to the band "Primus" whose hits included Wynona's Big Brown Beaver, is currently incarcerated in a state prison facility in Faribault, Minnesota, convicted of sexual contact with an acquaintance under the age of 13.

Primus (no relation to the band whose hits include My Name Is Mud) shows up on the ownership history of 2925 Lyndale Ave. N., the Troublesome Triplex which was the recent site of a triple shooting with hallmarks of gang-related violence.

According to online city property records, Primus...

...(no known relation to some band who did a version of The Devil Went Down To Georgia) was listed as the owner of 2925 Lyndale Ave. N. from May 26, 2005 to who-knows-when. It's not clear from the city's always inadequate online property records when, exactly, the property passed from the hands of Shawn Primus to that of the current owner, Epstein Enterprises, LLC, or if there was another owner or more than one other owner between 2005 and the present.

Shawn Primus, according to a source cited in an earlier article, was a foster child of Kennedy Barber, a/k/a Kennedy The Signing Pedophile. There is another person with the last name "Primus" who is listed on the property as a former contact for the rental license. She is not believed to be any relation to the band who sang Jerry Was A Race Car Driver.

The current contact for the rental license is as follows:

Sharon E Bruestle
33 George Street East, St Paul, MN 55107
651-307-2038

Here's another interesting name from the old "rental license contacts" list:

Bashir Moghul.

Yes, one of the Northside's most negligent and reviled slumlords was apparently involved with this property from 1999 to 2001. The oldest rental license goes back to 1992, when the contact was somebody named Tom Jasko.

What kind of bad, bat-winged energy DOES NOT roost at 2925 Lyndale Ave. N.? There are hallmarks of gang violence, a child molester, a prominent slumlord, a SINGING FREAKING PEDOPHILE who is one degree of separation away from that property...

It is, indeed, the Troublesome Triplex.

  1. You fucking whore! You have to resort to name dropping with song names to manipulate the search engines for your traffic? You really are a CHEAP WHORE!

  4. The only song of theirs I like is Wynona's Big Brown Beaver and mostly because it's a song that brings a celebrity down to earth, a song that (to a degree) seems to test the limits of free speech. And it has a catchy tune.

I don't know how to categorize Primus, musically. It seems like sometimes they sing country tunes sarcastically. I mean, who sings a song sarcastically? OK, sometimes punk rockers do.

I saw an opportunity to get some laugh milage off the name "Primus" and I took it. That's the style readers keep coming back for.

    1. "Primus sucks" actually means "Primus rules," its an old fan tradition that goes back to the 80s. They used to encourage their audience to yell "Primus sucks" at them for laughs.

Musically I would put them in the category of "awesome." However, I would put SHAWN Primus in the category of "pile of human shite"

  5. Hey I found some common ground between Shawn L. Primus of Minneapolis and Les Claypool of Primus: apparently they both have some very quick fingers.
