MN DOC mug shot, such as it is, therefore public domain, blog
post by John Hoff
Harold Clayton Lacy is a Level Three Sex Offender who caused this blog considerable consternation, because the MN DOC had him listed as homeless and then noted his usual haunts as "Plymouth and Broadway," two streets that don't intersect anymore than "Broadway and Colfax."
As part of the hot new discussion on a "moratorium" on new supervised Level Three Sex offenders being dumped in North Minneapolis, I looked to see what was up with Lacy Harold...
Turns out he went to prison in October of last year and won't be out until July of this year. He was convicted of forgery.
This is about what we can expect of somebody living at an imaginary intersection; not that MN DOC ever cared. Even after the issue was forcefully drawn to their attention, their website was never corrected. If I had to guess, I would think when Harold is released he'll go right back to living at his imaginary intersection and MN DOC will list him there all over again.
Note, also, the terrible quality of this mug shot.
MN DOC really needs to step it up.
