JNS blog is amazed that searches of the jail roster keep turning up suspects with the word "murder" on their list of charges, and subsequent searches of the internet turn up no coverage of these serious charges.
Deandre Craig is one of the names, see my blog post about him. Another name is Marshuan Trenell Williams, see my blog post about HIM.
And now, for the third time, a North Minneapolis name turns up associated with the word "murder" and there's no media coverage of the charges except, as of this moment, Johnny Northside blog.
Marcus Antwann Wilburn, who reportedly resides at 2107 Sheridan Avenue N., faces a raft of charges listed on the jail roster as follows...
This is the part where I mention, for the umpteenth time, JNS blog is aware of a quirk in the jail roster which sometimes lists attempted murder charges as "Murder, Like Cain Versus Abel" or something like that. I don't want to say somebody is charged with murder when it might only be attempted murder.
The house where Wilburn reportedly resides, 2107 Sheridan Ave. N., is a homestead owned by Susan K. Shelton.
Marcus Antwann Wilburn's name has appeared on this blog before, when a commenter posted jail roster information about a weapons arrest and other charges. The information--posted without context or commentary--was on a blog post about 3515 Girard Avenue North getting shot up. The quality of the anonymous information and whether it has any actual relevance to the 3515 Girard Ave. N. incident is unknown, but a Google search for Marcus Antwann Wilburn turns that item up in the number one spot.
His mugshot also turns up online for an alleged probation violation on in March of 2013, in Anoka County.
JNS blog is eager to obtain the criminal complaint against Wilburn and share it with readers. But a pressing issue continues to be, "Why is this blog the only media that cares?"
