Aggravated Robbery Complaint Turns Up For Marshuan Tranell Williams, But Jail Roster Lists More Serious Murder Or Attempted Murder Charges...

Stock photo, old family album and no copyright
assumed, blog post by John Hoff, picture conveys
that it is winter in Minnesota right now as these
crimes take place and is not meant to convey much
more, but note how power pole rises like a cross,
hmmm

Following up with an earlier blog post, click here, JNS blog has not yet located any murder or attempted murder complaint against Marshuan Williams despite charges of that nature listed on the jail roster. I did, however, find the Aggravated Robbery complaint linked above.

The complaint describes how Williams allegedly pulled a pistol on a resident of the 3600 block of Oliver when the woman was...

...getting out of her car in her garage. Williams allegedly made off with the woman's purse, which contained wallet and debit cards, $80 cash, an iPhone and, of course, the woman's sense of safety in her own garage.

The criminal complaint does, however, rest on eyewitness identification and surveillance video from a nearby business which links the defendant to (I'm not kidding) previously wearing a red hooded sweatshirt. However, MPD's DNA and fingerprint analysis has produced incredible results in the last few years even for minor robberies and assaults. Prosecutors might have more evidence than the complaint states by the time this thing pleads out or goes to trial.

The blogger hopes so but Williams is innocent until proven guilty. I am still trying to turn up that complaint about murder or attempted murder.
