Word reaches me from an anonymous commenter of a decision today in the Minnesota Court of Appeals, click here for the decision, regarding the Holler family and their controversial property in the path of a planned library expansion. 

Currently, eminent domain proceedings are moving forward but almost forgotten in the course of this ugly dispute was a lawsuit filed by the Hollers alleging they were defamed (good heavens!) by Hennepin County...
