The headline says it all, folks. Sometimes you just can't make this stuff up. Read for yourself about how a woman shoplifted a mink coat by stuffing it in her underwear.
The article had been shared around the internet a bit, and a behind the scenes tipster informed me this mink coat shoplifter was the mother of thug-on-thug homicide victim Haywood Eaton, whose homicide and criminally disorderly memorial gathering has been covered on this blog.
If I could make just one suggestion to the authorities... Just *let* her keep the dang coat this time, I mean really, what else are you gonna do with it NOW?!

I remember reading the article. She gets Mother of the year award all right. Geez wth.

She stole a mink stole and stuck it in her hole while livin'large on the government dole. Her goal was to stick the stole in her hole, which is for a pole, possibly coal, lawdy Miss Clawdy she's on a roll. Good Day.
ReplyDeleteClass act. Cripes!
ReplyDeleteWhat's really disgusting is that Ms. Moreland has been convicted seven separate times(five felonies, including burglary, theft & forgery) in MN since 1997. The Minnesota Criminals web site lists 21 known aliases. She was sentenced to over 11 years for the combined offenses. Why was she even out of jail in the first place?
ReplyDeleteCan we assume ms Moreland receives some sort of public assistance (food stamps, rent assistance, AFDC , medical)? How come we can't eliminate benefits with the accrual of criminal convictions?
ReplyDeleteIn jacksonville Florida they drug test ebt or welfare recipiants. Just sayin.

Bring it on!!!
ReplyDeleteHere when you call about a 911 disturbance; the parties involved are allowed to get into vehicles and drive away with anyone ever checking ID's, doing DWI checks, vehicle registrations, prior or outstanding warrants, possession checks, etc...
I guess it is OK as long as they don't leave any bodies littered about. And they wonder why crime escalates in this community?
You know how mink are often killed by mink farmers?
ReplyDeleteAnal electrocution.
Somehow, this story leads me to make mention of this fact.
The woman mentioned in this article is Stephanie Moreland, who also goes by Stephanie Moreland-Eaton, who also goes by Stephanie Eaton.
