Writing off a script provided by the Hennepin County Attorney's Office, major media like the Star Tribune and CBS Minnesota have provided broad coverage of a recent raid on 3111 Girard Ave. N., which produced four arrests and the seizure of guns and ammo. Bridget Turntine, pictured above, lived at the house and allowed gang members to have the run of the place, even with her small children present. Click here for the criminal complaint against Turntine.
Now that major media have their teeth marks all over the story, this blog is going to perform its customary function: proving more detail on each of the arrestees, the property in question, and each of the properties associated with the other arrestees...
3111 Girard Ave. N., Owned By Phantoms
Starting with 3111 Girard Ave. N., the property is a rental. The taxpayers are Marc and Diane Olivieri of 203 17th St. Hudson, Wisconsin but the owner is listed as ADM Homes LLC, St. Louis Park. This business is listed on the Minnesota Secretary of State's website as inactive and was administratively terminated on 8/3/2012, and then there was a "name hold release" on 8/6/2013. This fact was dug up by a participant in the North Vent Facebook forum who drew it to my (and everybody else's) attention.
Seems like the only way anybody notices that terminated corporations own property in North Minneapolis is for a body, guns, drugs or all three to turn up at the address and for outraged neighbors to start digging. It might be good if, once a year, every corporate owner was checked by the city to make sure they still, um, what is the word?
EXIST. To make sure they still exist.
The corporate office of this "ghost entity" is or was 3501 28th St. W.
Bridget Natasha Turntine, Bad Mother With A Bad Baby Daddy
As for Turntine, she was found guilty of theft in 2002 and got a small fine and probation. However, she didn't get off probation until 2010. That's it for criminal cases. However, she has been involved in five civil cases. In 1999 she was sued over "unlawful detainer" in Ramsey County Housing Conciliation Court. That case lists her alias, which is Nakia Jones. The case seems kind of long ago to be the same Bridget Turntine, but she was born in 1980 so in 1999 she was about 19. (The name "Nakia Jones" leads interesting places, but nowhere I can write about with a necessary degree of certainty)
There was also a conciliation court case, followed by a transcript judgment in a lawsuit against James and Melanie Debellis of Maple Grove. A judgment of $1,764.39 has been satisfied. There was another conciliation court case against somebody named Muna Alsaadon. The amount was very small, a mere $70.
There is also a child support case, where Hennepin County was taking the lead on behalf of Turntine, against a guy named Vincent Fields (5/8/84) who lived in the 55411 zip code. At that time (2007) Bridget Turntine lived in Brooklyn Park. There are two people named Vincent Fields, one born in 1965 and the other born in 1984, but they are both dirt bags. (And then there's one born in 1986 who is just kind of a loser, but not much of a criminal)
Focusing on the Vincent Fields who is Turntine's baby daddy, here is HIS rap sheet, not all of which represent criminal convictions, as follows:

Incredibly, there was a warrant issued for him TODAY on that last charge.
Some people just get socks for Christmas.
Ashimiyu Alowonle, The Next Alleged Miscreant
Moving on to Ashimiyu Alowonle, whose a/k/a is no easier to spell or remember than his real name, and for once I'm not even going to bother, this guy was tried and cleared in the murder of Isalenda B. Jones in 2006 and was the intended target of a shooting a few months before on Block E, when Derick Holliday was trying to shoot Ashimiyu and instead killed innocent bystander Alan Reitter.
Derick Holliday, pictured below, is currently doing life without parole
So returning to Ashimiyu, he may have beaten that murder charge but there's a lot of other things he's been charged with over the years, and here they are, keeping in mind these may not all represent convictions.

She should hire herself out as a punching bag or a scarecrow in the killing crack fields of your area. I wouldn't feed this broad to the killer pigs that I raise, and they eat anything.
ReplyDeleteNot sure what that comment even MEANS, and it seems quite mean-spirited and disrespectful, but I'm approving it because it's substantive enough to fit through the filter.
ReplyDeleteOK, well, I decided the NEXT comment didn't fit through the filter. Just crude and mean-spirited.
ReplyDeleteRE: Marc and Diane Olivieri, they own Marco Builders LLC out of Hudson Wi. They do most of their work in Mn. They also used to own ADM Homes LLC. Not in business any longer. If a person rents to gangsters, you should loose your rental license right away. Right? Thanks

ReplyDeleteYou have no idea what you are talkin gabout when it comes to Ashimiyu and his house.
ReplyDeleteHey, if you want to tell me go ahead and write out a comment on it. I'm all ears, though at the moment I'm all fingertips on the keyboard.
