On top of everything else happening, JACC's website was briefly down this evening. The website was known to be up on January 8, 2009, when the Google cache took a "snapshot" of the website announcing, among other things, a sizeable General Mills grant to Communities of Color.
It is unknown at this point why the website would be down, then come back up again a few hours later. Certainly, I sent an email telling some folks in Jordan their website was down. Here is a link to the website, click here.
One member of the community described the website as being "very out of date."

That website is so outdated,the general mills grant was long ago.
