Creative stock photo, looks like Spanky Pete is a dead duck,
blog post by John Hoff
Michael Wilhelm, the attorney for prominent Jordan neighborhood resident Michael "Kip" Browne, recently made a filing to enforce a $20,000 legal judgment against Peter "Spanky Pete" Rickmyer. Click here to see that document.
Rickmyer, who is a Level Three Sex Offender, a Rule 9 frivolous litigant, and is also known for being a rather smelly person, sued Browne and a variety of others, including...
...this blogger in a bizarre, rambling lawsuit alleging a conspiracy to violate his civil rights by, for example, publishing a photo of him as part of commentary on his habit of filing baseless, frivolous, vexatious and difficult-to-comprehend lawsuits. Rickmyer, who isn't allowed to file lawsuits in state court as his own lawyer, got attorney Jill Clark to sign off on his crazy lawsuit before Clark, herself, was suspended over mental health issues.
Rickmyer owns a house near 25th and Penn and it is expected the judgment will, sooner or later, end up as a lien against the property. There have already been discussions about whether the house, upon falling out of Rickmyer's hands at some future, unspecified time, should be torn down because of all the evil that was in it, or whether holy water and burning sage by the bale could somehow cleanse the house of its bad energy. Some readers may expect me to say "joking font" right about now but, actually, these have been somewhat serious discussions. This blogger is of the opinion that common household cleaners, fresh paint, and a prominent sign saying A LEVEL THREE SEX OFFENDER NO LONGER LIVES AT THIS PROPERTY can fix about anything and is NOT IN FAVOR of tearing down the house except as part of some positive commercial development.

Seeing as how I live on 26th and Penn, could you change the post to state the more factually accurate "on 25th and Penn"?
Fair enough. I made that change. You are, however, almost close enough to smell him.
I can't believe this man is still around I lived next door to him when I was 18 he harassed everyone constantly calling police 4next 2nothing to find out he is a sex offender is a joke I was recently in cvs on 26th ave n & he came in talking to the cashier as was paying 4my items I wanted 2say something 2him sooo bad but I didn't and when he walked away I said to the cashier I can't believe he is still around after 20yrs she said I know right! He is creepy!
Is there any judgment in your favor, or was a dismissal the only relief you sought?
Typo, first sentence? The guy's a neighborhood? Big man on the block?
You're right. Thanks for catching that. It's been changed to say prominent neighborhood RESIDENT.
To the commenter at 2:45, Kip Browne's portion of the case is further along than anybody else's. So no, I don't have a judgment against Spanky Pete.
YET.
