Demario Jaqun Jefferson, DOB 12/7/88, launched a Pearl Harbor style surprise attack upon a house in Brooklyn Center; shooting into the house at least twice over something upsetting which was posted on Facebook. Allegedly.

A witness at the house identified Jefferson with 100 percent certainty and stated...
...Jefferson was in a feud which started over something posted on Facebook. Two bullets were observed in the house but a witness heard about 6 shots.
Jefferson was subsequently found and arrested at Emerson and Lowry. He is prohibited from possessing firearms, which we all know works like a magic force field to keep criminals from actually possessing firearms. (Sarcasm font) He was also convicted in 2006 of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm and had a 36 month sentence hanging over him. Unknown how much of the sentence he did.
He still owes the court system $200 over his last conviction, which was giving a police officer a false name, birthday or identification card.
JNS blog has previously said, in offhand editorial remarks, that some individuals should have probation conditions which include no use of social media. This would be a fine example of somebody who just can't handle their social media.
Allegedly.

We need to seriously increase the penalties for criminals who are in possession of firearms. It's really ridiculous. The problem is that there's no legislator to champion it. Logically it should be someone who represents an area like NoMi, but they won't do it because they're libs who think it would be unfair because of "disparate impact". It's not a top priority for some state legislator from Roseau.
