The following just came over my email from (shall we say?) an unnamed source. It concerns the property owner with lots of foreclosures whose little apartment complex on 31st Ave. N. is falling into disorder and (according to the former caretaker) "nobody is in charge."
Here is the info, and I emphasize it is unconfirmed.

anonymous source No. 2: Seems City of Minneapolis 311 has Case Reference Number 172511 for the address 3101 N. 6th St - the property is currently without a valid rental license...
Trust me when I say the city is ALL OVER IT and watch the next blog entry...however, this kind of information really helps to flesh out a complete picture! Thanks a bundle Anonymous Source No. 2.
