Note the caged enclosure behind these officers in the top photo, and visible in the second photo. Marchers going past XCel Energy Center had to go through a gate and then march inside an enclosure, 8 feet on either side.
The eagle staff to the left of the middle photo is apparently being held aloft by Clyde Bellecourt.
