Despite a mental commitment proceeding that could have put Thomas Evenstad under the observation of health care professionals for as long as six months, click here for previous article, today JNS blog learned from a reliable source of information that Evenstad has been released from the secure facility at Regions Hospital and he's back in jail.
I don't have any further information than THAT, but from this info it might be inferred, reasonably, that...
...mental health authorities have determined Evenstad is sane enough to understand the many charges against him, which include terroristic threats and an ultra-rare charge of criminal defamation.
The current charges against Evenstad do not appear on MNCIS (a flawed system that isn't updated quickly enough) but I've learned from a reliable source of information that Evenstad's criminal attorney is Peter Rainville.
Mainstream media sources have reported on the commitment of Evenstad (click here for example) but JNS blog is here to let the public know there has been a development, and Evenstad being committed at Regions Hospital is simply not the situation as I've learned of it today.

I have not created a fake Boathead. I don't do that kind of thing.
Boathead is dead. He died in a rollover in reserve duty during an Army reserve desert movement in Yakima, Washington during desert training. All else are disgusting fakes. R.I.P. MANUEL.
