Harold Clayton Lacy is a Level Three Sex Offender who caused this blog considerable consternation, because the MN DOC had him listed as homeless and then noted his usual haunts as "Plymouth and Broadway," two streets that don't intersect anymore than "Broadway and Colfax."

Minneapolis Fire Department Is Boarding Up With A Bang!

Pictured above is the first example I've encountered of a vacant building "emergency boarded" by the Minneapolis Fire Department instead of the city's former contractor. This building is at 1017 22nd Ave. N.

Note how the Fire Department went crazy with the stickers. It looks really SAFE now, doesn't it?
