Photo and blog post by John HoffAs revealed here on Johnny Northside Dot Com, exclusively, the individuals involved in the "dice game murder" at 412 29th Ave. N. were not exactly the cream of the human race. Victim, alleged perpetrator and some of the witnesses all had police records.
However, there are other individuals listed on the report. They are listed as "other," not as victim, suspect, or witness. Presumably these were individuals present at the scene but not witnesses, or were interested parties (including at least one relative of the victim with the same surname) who arrived on the scene soon after the murder. The person with the same surname was NOT found to have a criminal record.
But like the other parties involved in this incident, some of these "second string" participants had...
...criminal records. They were, in other words, what this blog likes to call "no accounts" and the gathering at the shooting scene was something of a "no account convention."
Here are the names and the hard facts, as follows:
Jeffrey Michael Schultz of 420 Coon Rapids BL, Coon Rapids, MN (It should be noted there are at least two other individuals with this exact name, but this is the one whose birthday is 2/23/1969) This guy loves his vehicles whether he's licensed to drive them or not. He has a bunch of vehicular stuff--nothing terribly serious--but note the felony charges of stealing a firearm.

And who pays the price? These thugs, who really need to be protected from themselves.
