Dennis Lee Heard was arrested on a weapons charge back in August of 2013, but he's still in jail today with bail set at $100,000. According to police and prosecutors, when a warrant was served on the "2200 block of Russell Ave. N.," both a sawed-off shotgun and a .40 caliber Glock turned up.
