Devonte Coppage, (DOB 9/3/91) who was the first murder victim of 2014 in St. Paul, was reportedly attempting to make a drug deal when he was shot at a gas station in St. Paul. Antonio Ray Seals is charged with second degree murder in the death of Coppage. I have confirmed Devonte Coppage is related to the Coppage family involved in the infamous Coppage murders in St. Paul roughly two decades ago.
