Randy Dennis Bien, who has already been convicted of one drug crime, is charged with meth possession stemming from an incident on November 24. Click here for a copy of the criminal complaint.
According to allegations contained in the complaint, Bien was pulled over by Officer Irish in Champlin, Minnesota after driving erratically. Bien seemed high. The officer called for a K9 unit and, sure enough, found meth in the vehicle.
Bien address is listed on the complaint as 3010 Russell Ave. N., a rental property owned by Brass Blinders LLC. The property appears on a list of foreclosures from 2009.
